Kelsey Siqveland

Kelsey Siqveland is a freelance web and graphic designer at Kelsey Anne Design. Her passion is to create aesthetically captivating designs that successfully communicate her client’s message and inspire others to reinvent their own brand identity.

Kelsey has a B.A. in Advertising from the University of Minnesota and later completed a certificate in web design and development from Saint Paul College in pursuit of running her own business. Her combined professional experience in marketing, web development and design has given her a unique mixture of skills to create web solutions that are not only impactful, but also strategic.

As Chapter Leader with GDI and Director of Community Outreach, Kelsey organizes monthly Code & Coffees and bi-monthly Code & Cocktails events that bring potential students and interested newcomers together to learn and gain access to mentors in the IT community. Kelsey enjoys bringing women together of all backgrounds and fostering their personal and professional development in IT. Through her involvement in GDI, Kelsey looks forward to making new connections with like-minded women in the tech community and supporting their career goals.

Amy Gebhardt

Amy is a Minneapolis-based Web Application Developer with a traditional Computer Science background and passion for technology, learning, and people. With a history of hybrid roles, she’s managed to avoid choosing between the front-end and the back-end allowing her to establish a skill-set in a variety of languages from C# to PHP to CSS to JavaScript. A 30 out of 30 on the Myers Briggs extroversion scale, Amy loves to get involved with local MeetUps, attend conferences, and lead the Minneapolis Girl Develop It chapter.

Currently Amy teaches many of the GDI Minneapolis JavaScript classes and coordinates all curriculum opportunities as the Director of Curriculum.
